Dr. Elroy Johnson, Senior Pastor – answered the call to ministry with a deep drive to prepare a path where all can know the power of God’s love and mercy. He was ordained in October 1997 by Life Christian University and further elevated in September 1999 by Brevard Christian University, Gospel Revelation, Inc. He dedicated over 15 years of faithful serve as an elder in the Church of God by Faith. Dr. Johnson is certified at the federal, state and local level in prison ministry in addition to serving in hospitality and bereavement.

Dr. Johnson holds his Ph.D in Psychology with a focus on Cognition and Instruction from Grand Canyon University and a Masters’ in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. He has been blessed to preach the Word across the nation and train the next generation of church leaders as co-founder and lead instructor Kingdom Alliance for Leaders, (KAL).

Pastor Sylvia Johnson, Co-Pastor – has served side by side with her husband, Dr. Elroy Johnson, in ministry as First Lady before being ordained an elder in 2002 by the National Alliance of Progressive Churches (NAOPC) in Oviedo, Florida. Her biblical knowledge was cultivated at NAOPC Seminary College, of which, she later became an instructor further sharing her passion for the Word of the Lord with the next generation of clergy. Pastor Silvia co-founded the Kingdom Alliance for Leadership (KAL) and serves as a lead instructor. With a heart for women, Pastor Silvia founded God’s Women of Power.

In the marketplace, Pastor Johnson is a human resources manager. In her chosen secular profession, she integrates her spiritual call and natural abilities to advance staff development efforts helping individuals reach their full potential. She earned a Masters’ in Business Administration in 2009.
